FlexPass members may redeem Passes by mail, in person, at the Avery Fisher Hall Box Office, or online. Passes may not be redeemed by phone.
Passes may be exchanged for seats in a premium section (subject to availability) simply by paying the difference at the time of exchange.
Passes are not valid for Special Events.
Please note: There is a $10 handling fee for all FlexPass orders. Passes are valid for concerts September 19, 2007 - June 21, 2008 only. Programs, artists, and dates subject to change.
